Refund policy

To our customers:

At Rayana Coffees, we want your coffee experience to be exceptional.   In accordance with EU rules, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.  To initiate a return or cancel an order, contact us by email at info@rayanacoffees.com within 14 days after receiving your order. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.  If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your return is approved.  You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
