At Rayana Coffees, we process, package, and ship your order within one business day after you place your order. Shipping fees are calculated automatically in your shopping cart. Our coffees are shipped to you using PostNL for speedy delivery. PostNL’s shipping rates and times are as follows:

ORDERS and DELIVERY
You will receive an email confirmation within an hour of placing your order with your estimated delivery date, guaranteed ship-by date, and list of all items. Once your item ships, you will receive another email with tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
We offer a quality guarantee for our coffees. If you find a problem with your order or it arrives damaged, please get in touch with us at info@RayanaCoffees.com within 14 days of your receipt of the order so we can address the problem. See our Refund Policy for more information.
