Garuda’s Crimson (The Sentinel) takes its name from the mythical bird of Java and comes from the high-altitude farms of the region.

This coffee is processed as a Black Honey and sun-dried at origin, allowing sweetness and body to develop while keeping structure and clarity in the cup. The result is a profile that’s rich and vibrant, with syrupy sweetness, red-fruit depth, and a bright
mandarin-like lift.
