Gunung Crest (Sanctuary) takes its name from the mountain highlands of northern Sumatra and comes from a high-altitude microlot grown in protected forest landscapes.
This coffee is processed as a Semi-Washed at origin, a traditional Sumatran method known for depth and structure. The result is a cup that’s grounded and full-bodied, with clean sweetness, dark chocolate depth, and a smooth, steady finish.
