Macan Guardian (The Silent Guardian) takes its name from the big cats that roam the highlands of West Java.

This microlot comes from the Kamojang region and is processed as an extended natural, sun-dried at origin for up to four weeks. The longer drying time allows deeper sweetness and weight to develop naturally. The result is a cup that’s bold, fruit-driven, and syrupy, with a heavier body than our core naturals.
